Pre-Stressed Concrete Piles

We offer a range of Pre-Stressed Concrete Piles. Standard Square dimensions are:

• 150mm x 150mm

• 200mm x 200mm

• 250mm x 250mm

• 300mm x 300mm

We also offer a 250mm x 250mm Ground Densification Pile that has a lighter reinforcement ratio and is very cost competitive.

All piles can be made to order at any length to minimise waste. Max length is 23m.

Bulk Storage Bins

Our modular bulk storage bin allows a flexible layout. Panels are available in any length up to 6m and a come in a standard height of 2200mm over all with an in-situ 200mm thick floor. Lower height panels are available at request.

Rib and Infill

We offer a range of Pre-Stressed Concrete Rib and Timber Infill. Ribs are available in 25mm depth increments from 100mm up to 250mm. Standard width at base of rib is 195mm. Contact us for standard pre-stressing wire strand layout and exact dimensions. Typical seating is provided as normal but cazaly hanger options are available at request. Timber infills are H3.2 200x25 Pinus Radiata and cut to suit project spacing.

Flat Slab

Flat Slabs offer a fast and economical flooring system. Standard width 1200mm flat slabs are available in 75mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm depths. Lengths can be custom made to any project but typically is limited to 6m to 9m depending on the project specific loads and topping thickness used. Each project has a specifically designed pre-stressing force and layout to meet the project specifications. Flat slabs require propping to be designed and installed prior to erecting the units. We supply the required propping force for a standard install.

Rain Garden Units

Our Rain Garden units can be incorporated into a design for onsite stormwater management. Standard Dimensions are (L:W:D): 3m x 2m x 1.2m. Multiple units can be linked to increase the capacity of the system and account for site constraints. We can offer to cast all pipe work in to allow for faster installation on site.
